A farewell message for 2011, as many of us STICKees will be finishing up this week for the holidays.
2011 has been a great year for STICK with a new formal constitution and committee elected at our AGM in March and the wonderful success of our Old Tools New Uses project celebrated in October.
In 2012 we hope to participate again in the Doors Open Days programme again and encourage people to visit the many sites of industrial and transport heritage across Scotland. We have a committee meeting in January and are looking forward to our knowledge exchange day in May about 'Steam Engines in Scotland'.
